Two Hour Consult With Report: $250
Up to 120 minutes of hands-on guidance to help sellers prepare their homes for listing photos and showings. Existing furnishings are moved or edited to showcase the home to its best advantage. Room-by-room photo report included. 

Supplemental Staging Services: Starts at $375
Add-on service following any consultation above. We professionally curate and install furniture, wall art, and decor to update or compliment the home's architecture and existing furnishings for a show-ready home.  Final pricing based on each home's individual needs assessed during the initial consultation. 
 
Vacant Home Staging: Prices vary according to house Size And Selected rooms (Pricing Starts at $750/room)
For homes that are completely vacant, this service offers a wide array of furniture, wall art, and decor options to suit every style. Each project is professionally curated and installed to compliment the home. 

Vacant Walk and Talk Meeting: $75   
Initial meeting to assess your vacant property and kick off the staging process with answers to basic questions about budget and timeline.  Up to 30 Minutes on-site, credited to any subsequent vacant staging package booked.
